Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information about our clients is very important to P&L Motorsports. We have worked very closely with credit card processing companies to ensure that your transaction not only goes smoothly, but ultimately, safe and securely. All orders must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card account, no exceptions. If you do require that your order is shipped to an alternate address, prior arrangements must be made with your credit card company to get the temporary address on file. This is the only way that orders can be shipped to alternate addresses. We require this not only for our safety, but yours. We do not share, sell, or distribute any of your personal information. From time to time, we do send out coupons and special promotions to our customers via our Newsletter & Sales email accounts. If you wish to be taken off of this list, please feel free to contact us, or use the options at the bottom of any email from P&L, and you will be removed from this list immediately. Note: Removing your email from the mailing list may interfere with transactional and shipping notification emails.

Third party communications, questions, acknowledgements, or disputes are only allowed to be acknowledged with the written or verbal permission of the customer on a case-by-case basis. No statements made on behalf of our customers will be binding, unless in writing.
