P&L Motorsports has an opening for a dynamic and motivated individual for their technical staff.

P&L Motorsports has established itself as one of the most widely recognized designers and facilitators of premium products and specialist services in the Import and European sport compact markets.  Our ever growing company has an opening in our service department.  The job will include such responsibilities as:

• Dynamometer  setup and operation.
• R&R work and product installation
• Diagnostic testing
• Inventory, organization and cleanup

The following is an example of the pre-requisites to qualify for this position:

• An extreme and dedicated work ethic.
• Cleanliness, and ability to self organize and maintain pace in our fast paced facility
• Prompt and punctual attendance
• Own tools/box/cart
• Reasonably clean driving record (absolutely NO DUI, or gross negligence infractions)
• Completion of an accredited and recognized trade school/training program in the automotive industry
• Professional attitude and clear communication and writing skills

Pluses include:

• Specialty certifications and/or optional training completion in any of various elite status programs.  (SAE Master tech, Toyota STEP, VW/Audi technical program, BMW STEP, etc)
• Prior experience in the Subaru, Mitsubishi, or VW/Audi market

Compensation is based on experience, but will pay on straight booked hours, and range in the $20-$30 range.
